Submitter: I wanted to share this book I just weeded from the collection at the public library where I work. The actual content of the book is more helpful than the title would suggest, but the whole premise of strength being linked to body type is beyond insulting.
Holly: Yeah. It is. I’d also argue that anything health related should be looked at after about five years. You might get ten years out of a diet/exercise book, but it definitely needs to be reconsidered after five. This one is over 20 years old!
