  1. I’m having flashbacks to how itchy my scalp would become when working out with ten tons of nuclear fallout/styling products in my hair. And that waterproof mascara wouldn’t come off with a blow torch.

  2. I have this book at home! Somewhere… It was actually a decent set of exercises, pictures aside. I wish it hadn’t disappeared after moving cross-country.

  3. She says the workouts will give me “no bulky muscles”, but what about bulking my hair up? Will that take only 12 minutes with no fancy equipment required?

  4. I first read it as 2 minute workout and was all on board even with the 80’s look. But, 12 minutes…forget it.
