The Official Frisbee Handbook
Norton
1972
This poor book was barely held together. Pages were almost crunchy and some were falling out. I used ILL for this one and I am surprised someone actually sent it. It looked well used, but I gotta figure that was back in the 70s and 80s.
This is a fun little book and probably would have been used pretty well. As a teen in the 1970s, no one I knew needed actual Frisbee instructions. (Did the publishers think the audience needed instructions on how to play catch?) I find the Frisbee books kind of funny. Nowadays, if the Frisbee was a new thing, there would be a YouTube channel on the whole sport. Save this gem when they open a museum about 1970s sports fads.

The rules of every one of the games are just “throw the frisbee and catch it.”
I WANT IT
How on earth would you throw a frisbee underhand?!
